Is there a Yahoo group or something somewhere where people gather to determine when it’s ok to call me? This isn’t just the average ‘your phone doesn’t ring all day, then two people call you at the same time’ kinda thing. This is a full-on conspiresy. No one calls, no appointments for two days, then the day I already have something scheduled, the phone rings off the hook with clients who want to see me at the exact same time I already have something scheduled.

And no other time will work for them.

Today I turned down no less then *6* calls from regular clients for the already booked 2pm slot.
