Does anyone know of a link where we can read about how these persecutions [sic] are occurring? Someone is going to have to be a test case. Even the feds have to go through the courts, and when that happens, we can only imagine that these cases will be thrown out or dismissed.

Unfortunately at this point, I think it’s governing by fear. I keep hearing about letters and such, but at this point it’s all here-say and fear pushing. Anyone wanna foot my legal bills? I have no problem being the cover-girl of the prosecuted.

Good news!
Here are two reports on the January, 2005 legal victory over the feds by Extreme Associates. Hopefully, judges will keep throwing out these cases as unconstitutional.

Unfortunately that was in January before 2257 and the FBI’s Porn Brigade. We’ll see what happens moving forward. That verdict did nothing but rile up the Bush/Gonzales camp.
