Filling out this application gives me all the information I need to start planning our time together. Repeated emails back and forth are frustrating for all involved and raise the chance that information will get lost. Please fill it out if you wish to see me.

Submissives: This is you chance to make a great first impression. Make sure to include times when you are available to play. “Your next available weekday afternoon” is acceptable. “As soon as possible” is not. Consider purchasing something from my wishlist to get my attention. Not at all necessary, but always welcome.

Coaching Clients: I ask that each person fill out their own application so I can see where there may be overlaps or disconnects.
